This multi-channel campaign was created to reinforce Chestnut Park’s positioning as more than just a luxury brokerage. The focus was on storytelling, showing that buying and selling real estate is often about more than property, it's about family, legacy, and continuing traditions. The campaign rolled out across magazine ads, social media posts, and a series of video reels. Each piece centered around everyday moments and personal milestones, reflecting the emotional side of real estate. The visuals were designed to resonate with a broad audience while still aligning with Chestnut Park’s elevated brand. I kept the design language soft and timeless to match the warmth of the messaging. The typography, color palette, and layouts were consistent across platforms, ensuring a strong visual identity. This project was a great opportunity to bridge the gap between luxury real estate marketing and human storytelling, helping Chestnut Park connect with clients on a deeper level while staying true to their heritage.
